Yes!  On the other end of every website visit is a real person.  These are people who are, at any given time, browsing one of millions of websites/platforms within our vast publisher networks.  This is actually the reason why our delivered traffic often goes a bit over the contracted amount – if someone clicks, they will end up on your page and that’s challenging to turn on/off in the exact timing that we are reaching your requested # of visitors.

As much as we wish we could, we can’t. Nobody can. And if they say they can, I’d question their methods. Again, visitors to your site are real people and we cannot dictate or control human behavior/response to what happens once they reach your site – that includes sales, signups or click throughs. That said, many of our longtime customers continue to see a positive ROI to the extent they keep their website content fresh and relevant with compelling messaging and calls to action.

We want our customers to be happy and love that we’ve had satisfied customers that have been with us for years. We strive to do our best to deliver our customers exactly what they order. But we are human and mistakes happen. Should that ever be the case, let us know and be assured that we will make things right for you.

While we’d love to provide services to everyone that approaches us, we cannot, in good conscious and regardless of the potential for revenue, deliver traffic that goes against our core values and/or compromises the safety and integrity of the services we offer to valued customers. Sometimes! For very large orders, or for monthly services/ongoing orders, we love to provide an incentive to our customers to continue to work with us. Plus, in those specific scenarios, we don’t have the front-end set up to contend with more than once, thus we can often pass a little savings onto our customers. We started with our flagship Standard Website Traffic and gave grown the options considerably over the years. We know it can be a little confusing to select what’s “best”. We invite you to peruse our site and learn more about each option. But, if you still have questions or need a little guidance, please reach out to our team. We may ask you a few follow up questions around your goals, target demographic, etc.… but armed with that information, we are happy to guide you and make some recommendations.

To the extent you are buying from a reputable provider, the answer is a resounding YES! That said, we urge you to know who you are buying from. At SEO25, we pride ourselves on our well-earned reputation and integrity. We hold our affiliates and networks to the same high standards which helps to ensure our customers are receiving only the best, highest quality traffic available on the market today.

Please know that we formally operate Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM (US Central) excluding US holidays. That said, sometimes we admittedly can’t stay away and find ourselves processing orders and responding to emails after hours and on weekends/holidays. If you have ordered within that window, you can expect to see traffic delivered within 24 hours at the most, but more likely within a few hours. If you have questions about delivery timing, we ask that you first check your email. Sometimes there is an issue with a URL that needs to be resolved prior to us beginning your campaign. Or, reach out to us directly to inquire so that we can address any issues and/or provide you with a better idea as to when you might see traffic start.

When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a bitly link that you can use to track your order. You can use this, in conjunction with Google Analytics for most website traffic orders. For Alexa Ranking Traffic specifically, you can track your order on Google Analytics as well as via Alexa.com.

We try to be as flexible as possible for our customers and often honor these requests for no charge. However, it does take time and effort to make changes to an order, so we reserve the right to charge a nominal fee. Note that we value your trust and as such, no additional charges will ever be invoiced or assessed without your written agreement prior to us making requested changes.
